Bergepanzer 3
The wrecking tank 3 Buffalo is an armoured tracked vehicle based on the tank Leopard 2. The main tasks of the Buffalo include wrecking and towing of tracked vehicles up to load classification 60 (MLC 60), securing of tracked vehicles while crossing rivers and supporting vehicles' repairs. Furthermore, the Buffalos are used for removing obstacles, during excavation works and defueling of other vehicles. Thanks to its equipment and armour, it may support vehicles directly in the field while having its crew fully protected.
