Ostrava and the Moravian-Silesian Region invite you to visit again this year!
The NATO Days in Ostrava & the Czech Air Force Days will once again take place at the international aviation gateway to the largest city in the Moravian-Silesian Region, Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport. The statutory city of Ostrava, the Moravian-Silesian Region, and the Mošnov airport, on behalf of the event's long-term partners, cordially invite you to visit.
Ostrava, the third-largest city in the Czech Republic and the capital of the Moravian-Silesian Region, is a city with a rich industrial history, known especially for the national cultural monument Dolní Vítkovice. Today, thanks to its several universities, advanced technological infrastructure, a wide range of shops and services, and cultural and sports centres, it is a “green”, clean, and one of the most modern cities in the country. This is one of the reasons why significant events such as the NATO Days in Ostrava & the Czech Air Force Days, the Golden Spike athletics meeting, and the Colours of Ostrava music festival are held here. This metropolis is thus attractive to tourists, investors, students, and families seeking a peaceful and fulfilling life.
